UPVC Doors

GLAS has an extensive knowledge of UPVC energy efficient window and door systems. Members of our team have been involved with the development of UPVC windows and doors since its insertion in to the UK market in the 1970s. So, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

UPVC windows and doors are possibly the best performing energy efficient windows and doors available today. And they are certainly some of the most secure.
The multi-chamber, double/triple glazed designs aid the insulation of your home by vastly reducing the temperature transfer usually lost through single glazing. The result; a more comfortable living environment.
If security is a priority, the high security multi-point locks that are included on all UPVC windows and doors will provide assurance.
Extra benefits to UPVC double or triple glazed windows and doors;
Acoustic performance: The systems can reduce approximately 70% of external noise.
Energy Bill Reduction: by reducing the need to run air conditioning and fans, energy bills will decrease.

UPVC sliding doors

UPVC sliding doors are a more secure and thermally efficient solution to the standard aluminium option. Configuration are more restricted when compared to aluminium options but the UPVC options seal incredibly well and provide superior acoustic performance.
Screen options are available for sliding doors.

Hinged Doors
UPVC hinged doors are a robust, secure, thermally efficient option for anywhere in your home.
Available in single door or bi-parting (French) door configurations.
Each option utilises high security multi point locks.
Screen options are again available for hinged doors.

Bi-Folding Doors
UPVC Bi-folding doors are a thermally efficient, secure option for your home.
Configurations can include ‘traffic’ doors which allow access without having to open multiple doors.
The system seals incredibly well and provides superior thermal and acoustic performance.
Screen options are again available for bi-folding doors.

Colour options include: white, faux wood grain, silver, black, golden oak, oyster and anthracite grey. These can also be used in combination for inside or outside colour schemes.
