Exchanges & Returns 

We accept exchanges and returns only for standard items. Any made to order item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Please note that any shipping services, costs or insurances associated with returning an item are the customer’s responsibility. Once an item is received, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow for 30 days from the day we have received your return. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any fee charged by the customer’s bank or credit card company.

Any additional or shipping costs associated with sending a new order will be communicated to the customer and have to be paid for prior to the item being dispatched.

To qualify for an exchange or return, please contact us as soon as possible with a proof of purchase.

 

Important: DO NOT return your item until we have acknowledged your email and specified a return address.
