Delivery

​

At Glass Living & Aluminium Solutions, all of our products can be shipped Australia-wide ( via freight or courier). Our eight distribution centres ensure you receive a fast and affordable delivery service.

​

Small items delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the item weight and your delivery location. Most small, lightweight items under 3-5kg should be delivered in 5-7 business days as we place them in Australia post satchels.

​

A fixed delivery fee of $250 applies to all large/bulky items delivered to the following metro areas (from our closest available depot):

  • New South Wales: from Scone to Forster down to Woy Woy.

  • Queensland: delivery catchment extends from Noosa to Rosewood, to Boonah down to Wardell.

  • Victoria: catchment covers Bacchus Marsh across to Craigieburn, to Coldstream down to Torquay, to Mornington Peninsular.

  • South Australia: from Gawler to Virginia to Noarlunga Centre to Mt Barker.

  • Western Australia: from Merriwa out to Mundaring down to Mandurah.

Some glass panel orders can weigh up to 200kg. In order to deliver your items safely and efficiently, we ship these larger, heavier products in crates. The delivery companies that we work with cannot deliver these crates to residential addresses unless there is a forklift on site.  If you do not have a forklift on site we are able to deliver your products to your nearest freight depot.

For large/bulky items delivered to areas outside of the metro locations mentioned above, please contact us to discuss your options.

Collection

Free of charge collection is available from the following locations, please contact us to arrange pick up and we will advise when your order is ready to be collected;

Freight Cost

​

As you can see, all freight and delivery costs vary depending on the weight and contents of your order. To ensure that you are receiving the lowest price possible for your order, please email us a list of the items you wish to purchase. This way, we are able to send an accurate weight to the freight company and can get a direct quote from them.  We are then able to forward this price on to you (with no mark ups or hidden costs!)
